ACNCRW Monthly Luncheon
The next meeting will be on Thursday, September 26th..
The Club meets on the last Thursday of each month at 11:00 am at Glendale Springs Inn and Restaurant, 7414 NC Highway 16, Glendale Springs for a catered luncheon meeting. Guests are welcome.
RSVP is required if you would like to eat as the chef needs a head count. The catered luncheon is $20/plate paid at the door and includes salad, entrée, water or tea, tax, and tip. Other beverages may be purchased separately.
Please bring cash and exact change. Send your RSVP to Jenifer Falls at Jeniferfalls1@outlook.com. As this is a luncheon we prefer that you join in by RSVP'ing and paying the $20. But if for some reason you are not able to we still want to encourage you to attend! We look forward to meeting you!

Annual GOP Barbeque and Monthly meeting
Tuesday, September 17th, 2024, 5:30 pm, at the Red Barn in Lansing Creeper Trail Park, 114 S Big Horse Creek Rd, Lansing.
This has been a fun yearly event, and we are looking forward to it again this year!
Hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided. Attendees are requested to bring plates, drinks, condiments, buns, and sides.

Pistons for a Purpose Car Show
Saturday September 7, Pistons for a Purpose is sponsoring a car show on Main Street in Jefferson.
The event takes place from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
The show is a benefit for St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
The GOP has arranged for a space to set up our cabanas to spread the conservative message to participants and visitors while making our hats, buttons, and flags available.
We will also raffle a mock NC license plate that says TRUMP 2024 suitable for the front license plate location on cars and trucks.
Come on up, down, or over to Jefferson and help spread our message and check out the cars.
As much fun as Christmas in July and a benefit for St. Jude's Children's Hospital to boot!
Come on OUT and support the Kiddos!

Movies at The Barn
FREE Double Feature Classics HomeAlone and Cars
On September 7th, 2024, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm the Piney Creek GOP Precinct will be hosting a movie at The Barn at Lansing Creeper Trail Park.

Refreshments are not provided but you are welcome to bring your own popcorn and drinks.

Presidential Debate - #1 Do over
On Tuesday, September 10th, 2024, at 9 pm the first Presidential Candidate Debate between Trump and Harris will take place.
Once again, the Ashe GOP has reserved a courtroom at the Ashe Courthouse for viewing the debate.
The Public is Welcome!

2024 ACNCRW Dinner:
An Evening with Republican Women Leaders.
Friday, September 13th at 5:30 p.m. Become an event sponsor (which includes 2 seats and special seating) or an attendee!
The evening will consist of a full meal, 8 dynamic speakers, a silent auction, and the drawing for the gun raffle - see the sidebar to the right for raffle information.

The in-person early voting period for the 2024 general election begins Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024, at 8 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024. The general election is on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024.

North Carolina Women: activists since 1774

The first federated republican women's club was formed in 1938. The Ashe County Republican Women's Club was formed in October 2021. The purpose of the ACNCRW is to aid and support Republican candidacy, help with elections, support various civic projects, and be a reliable source of political information. We are linked to both state and national clubs.

Our meetings are on the last Thursday of each month except in November, when it is one week earlier due to Thanksgiving. We meet at 11:00 AM.

We are a brand-new, grass-roots organization. The ACNCRW was inducted into the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) and the North Carolina Federation of Republican Women (NCFRW) in August of 2022.

Our country needs you! Our mission is to positively impact our state and nation, while strengthening our Republican Party through recruiting, educating, training, supporting, and electing Republicans.
